2024年5月23日下午第二节课，我给八年级14班上了一堂英语公开课，课堂内容为8BU7Integrated skills。本节课通过视频导入，设置了任务，提问，互问互答等活动。
课后，几位老师对我的这节课进行了点评，并且我也聆听了师父及其他英语教师的优质课，使我受益匪浅。我不仅获得了不少的经验以及教学方法，而且还了解到了自己的不足之处：
1．课前的导入占用了一部分时间。起初设计时，主要是为了复习，结果设置问题过多，导致喧宾夺主，今后在课前的活动设置上，我会更加注意这一点，做到真正的有效课堂。
2．设置教学内容过多，过分高估学生的能力，有些词汇长且拗口，很多同学都不会读，简单地练了几遍就要求学生掌握，确实有些勉为其难。
3．师生互动活动开展的还不错，但生生互动方面有所欠缺，今后还要注重引导学生和学生对话。设置场景，让学生融入情景，从而真正的学以致用。
4．对细节把控不够，课堂活动设置的不够精巧，没有结合时事。
课后，我认真地做了反思，一堂成功的英语公开课，一方面教师必须具备熟练驾驭课堂的能力，标准的英语语音语调，有益于开发学生心智的课堂教学设计。课堂上，教师们除了使用多媒体等现代化教学手段外，另一个重要的方面就是处理好了教学活动的各个环节，让学生在课堂上体验成功的喜悦，获得进取的力量，分享合作的和谐。
通过本节公开课，以及课后的及时评价，我深深地感到，教学是一门永无止境的艺术，无论怎样构思教学，总要需要我们进一步改进的地方，因此，备好课绝不是一句空话，它需要我们充分了解教材，了解学生，需要我们踏踏实实地考虑好每一环节，最大程度地让学生接受每节课所学的知识。
从今以后，我要继续认真向师父学习，向我校优秀教师学习验，及早的熟练掌握各种课型的基本模式，从而达到高效课堂，使学生目标明确的进行每堂课的英语学习，培养他们良好的学习英语的习惯，努力提高每一位同学的英语成绩。
