(1) Find out the problems.

公开课反思和总结
按照课程的进行，本这节课是一堂关于大熊猫的阅读课，教学目标是掌握关于大熊猫的表达词汇，重要是学生能够自如得回答怎么去保护野生动物。开头的视频导入，开启了学生发散思维的开场，问题上更注重培养学生的多元思维的培养，促进创新精神的形成和发展。让学生在课堂上体验成功的喜悦和获取的力量。
在本节课中，目标的完成需要提高，并且给我讲诉重要的语言点，在丁老师的指导下，我聆听了老师们的建议，使我受益匪浅，我不仅获得了不少的经验以及教学方法，而且也了解到自己的不足之处。现分析如下：
课前的导入可以再快点导入，起初的讨论是为了让他们利用学习过的单词，准确理解词义，问题设置过多，今后在课前的设置上，我会更加注意这一点，做到真正的有效课堂。
设置的内容重难点突出不明显，使得学生在个别单词读音上发生了问题，比如reserve, national treasure, face, serious, law, action等，这些基础单词学生操练的还不算多。基本的口语练习应该也要做到多读，多练，这样学生的英语综合能力才能得到提高。
课堂的用语不熟练，真的感觉自己的口语退步很厉害，并且没有创设条件来提高学生的语音和语调。 在英语学习中，听说读写的能力都要进行互补学习。真正做到听说先行，读写跟上。光听说不读写，很难收到高效。只模仿不培养学习能力，也很难减轻学习负担。所以初中学生还是需要认真的培养语言的模仿能力。
英语新课标的改革，时代在进步，社会在发展，同样的语言功底，需要有良好的教学技能进行辅助，现代词汇快捷展开，学生的回家自默还需要有力的督促检查。
初中的英语教学还需要不断跟新教学方法，我们更加需要培养学生的读和听的能力，同时更多得需要培养学生得语言文化意识，这样学生得交际意识就会得到改善，实际运用的能力就会得到提升。英语成功的教学离不开勤学多问，老师在减轻学习负担的同时，更加要学会提高课堂效率，这样教学才能做到最优化。
