一、教学目标:

1. To use some sentences to make a dialogue between shopkeeper and shopper.

2. To practise different reading skills: fast-reading and careful-reading.

3. To compare advantages and disadvantages of online shopping and real

二、教学重难点:

1. Help students grasp the basic words and expressions of shopping

2. How to make students use the language to talk about shopping

三、教学过程

Step 1: Lead in

Ask the students what presents they would like to buy for their father/mother/friends.

Step 2: Presentation

     Learn some new words

Step 3: fast-reading

1. Where is Amy shopping?

2. Who is Amy buying presents for?

Step 4: Careful-reading

1. Dialogue 1: Read and answer questions.

2. Dialogue 2: Read and answer questions.

3. Finish part B2 on P83-T or F .

4. Read and fill in the blanks.

Step 5: Consolidation

1. Act out---Scene 1&2---Role play

Step 6: Post-reading

  1. When we go shopping, what does the shopkeeper/ customer usually say?

  2. Make up some dialogues according to the different scenes

  3. Further thinking

    Is it necessary for us to buy things for our classmates as gifts? What else can we do for them?

    Step 7: Homework

    1. Recite the two conversations.

    2. Make a new conversation about shopping.

  6. 本节课内容是7A第七单元的reading1,首先我问学生是否喜欢购物,会为父母或者朋友买什么样的礼物,以此来导入本课所学内容。接下来给学生一些图片,一起学习一下本课的新的单词和重要词组,这一部分是阅读前的内容。

  7. 接下来我让学生快速阅读,通过两个简单的问题,让学生掌握skimming的技巧。然后听读课文,回答问题,做True or False题目,进一步了解课文内容,帮助学生掌握scanning的技巧。接下来通过表演课文,不断操练让学生熟练掌握购物用语。这一部分是阅读中的内容

  8. 然后我引导学生说出购物时顾客和服务员会说什么。在这基础上,给学生提供三个情境,分别是购买巧克力、衣服和书包,让学生用所学的知识,组织语言进行对话。最好做一些练习并布置回家作业,这一部分是阅读后的内容。

  9. 总体来说,本堂课中规中矩,条理比较清楚,学生也比较配合,课堂气氛比较活跃。时间方面把握地不是太好,最后的进一步思考比较匆忙,课堂练习也只能练习单项选择。学生的口语水平还需要进一步提高。以上是我这一堂公开课的反思。
